This masterpiece pays homage to Gwalior’s musical legends—Tansen, Krishnarao Shankar Pandit, Swami Haridas, and Baiju Bawara! Set against a vibrant Pichwai-inspired backdrop, it brings their legacy to life with intricately hand-carved wooden instruments, adding rich depth. Spot some iconic Gwalior landmarks woven into the design—because music and heritage go hand in hand!
This multimedia artwork is a love letter to Gwalior’s iconic landmarks and architecture, capturing the journey from ancient marvels to modern masterpieces! Since we can’t bring the actual monuments to the airport, I’ve brought their essence to life with hand-carved wooden and stone samples—giving travelers a glimpse of Gwalior’s rich, intricate heritage!
Airport security policies prevented an official photoshoot of these artworks, but luckily, I came across social media posts where travelers had captured glimpses of my work!

These artworks were displayed on 5x2 feet rotating pillars, encouraging interactivity between children and the installation. Instead of painting directly on the pillars, painted canvases were wrapped around them, allowing new artworks to be showcased each year.
